I am a graduate from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Design & Structural Engineering, with a Minor in Business. My true passion has always been in technology and artistic development with computers. With the Pandemic hitting all sorts of businesses and most things moving to remote jobs, I decided to look at this as an opportunity to learn and grow by pursuing a career path of Computer Programming. I spent the entire year of 2021 immersing myself into an IT full-time coding program through an organization called Thinkful, where I was able to gain the skills necessary to be a Full Stack Web Developer. I now can proudly state that I am a graduate!
My specialties revolve around full-stack web development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Flexbox, Node.js, ReactJS, VS Code, PostgreSQL, and design layouts.
In addition to my university education, I have also obtained multiple financial licenses, while working as a professional advisor for Fidelity Investments for 9 years; including the FINRA Series 7, 63 and 66 licenses. I was recognized for top performance in superior customer relations and drove consistent lead generation for new business for multiple organizations. Having backgrounds in these subjects is only some of the many benefits I wish to bring to any organization I am

Scout, have played the guitar for over 20 years, been a swing dance instructor, am an artist, and have also lived abroad in the Philippines
for 2 years, where I learned how to speak Tagalog fluently. I
enjoy 3D Printing, learning new technologies and how to apply them
in the real world in a practical way. I also love traveling as
often as possible, camping, hiking, swimming, racquetball, astronomy, aeronautics, history and am basically the epitome of nerd when it comes to movies and cultural trivia.
My goal in life is to become the best I can be and continuously
work to improve myself in every area that I dedicate my time and
energy to!

I have enjoyed a long and Professional career in the Financal and Architectural world so far, and have been working hard since 2020 to re-invent myself and become a full-stack capable Software Developer. I want this to be my permanent and most satisfying path of my life moving forward!

I have been immersing myself in learning programming languages for the last 2 years, both through an IT bootcamp through Thinkful, and building projects on my own, utilizing a number of self-taught programs and certifications to become more capable as a full-stack engineer. I feel confident in the skills and knowledge I have gained in JS, React, and building APIs, among a dozen other skills. In addition to these accomplishments, I also possess strong backgrounds from years of working in both the architectural and financial industry. I consider myself industrious and teachable with a proven track record for quickly grasping concepts.

- One of my favorite projects I built was a web application to
create decks of Flashcards and use them as study-aids. I was
given a screenshot of the "final product" and successfully built it
